Strategies to Get Executive Support, Stakeholder Buy-In, and Program Funding

Competing for scarce resources, delivering disruptive insights, and getting stakeholder buy-in to get program funding and deals done is difficult, and can be frustrating. If you are frustrated during this process, you probably have not identified all of your stakeholder’s concerns or have not prioritized them correctly.

What you’ll take away from attending:

  • Identify and apply leadership values to dramatically improve your results
  • Shift focus from selling technology to delivering business outcomes
  • Understand buyer psychology and apply nonconformist communication strategies
  • The mindsets and strategies that truly differentiate your GTM strategy
  • Improve your ability to build political capital, grow trust, and influence key stakeholders
  • Improve multilateral negotiations and build a strategic narrative
  • Strategies to dramatically deliver more business value, reduce sales cycles, and increase win rates

Nonconformists are not phased by competitors or buyers’ egos. Instead, they focus on strategic narratives and building relationships for long term success.

This program will be three hours on Zoom with prep work that will include a workbook designed to help with reflections, self-discovery, and continued professional development.  The fee is $1500. Optionally, I will work one-on-one with any participant who seeks active coaching to improve communication or negotiation skills or to work on improving proposal development and value creation. That will be $3,500 for 30 days of unlimited access which can start when you are ready, but with payment made at the outset. That offer is good for up to a year post-program.

All participants will receive access to a private Nonconformist Innovation Workshop group on LinkedIn for networking and keeping the conversation going with peers in your cohort.  All participants will also receive access to checklists and templates that I use in my own business.

The event will be recorded and available to registered guests on-demand for 90 days.
